It's my first time went to Whisky A Go Go. I heard it's a famous place for rock and metal shows. I really like the enviroment of the bar. It seemed more fun to drunk while watching bands playing, unfortunately I couldn't drink alcohol.
I don't know Onslaught very well but I love thrash metal. Thrash metal is important to me because it leaded me to the metal kingdom. And that night was a Thrash metal night. How cool it is! I like Onslaught's fast bits. They are vrey old school and I appreciate old school bands. It's funny that Artillery's vocal Michael Bastholm Dahl sang many songs for Onslaught. And he probably didn't know the lyrics very well, so he was looking at the lyrics on his cellphone while singing on the stage. Michael is a handsome Danish guy, his blond long hair flying and dancing all the time. My friend and I couldn't stop looked at him lol. Artillery is a Danish thrash metal band. Michael's voice is amazing and sounds like a power metal's voice which is very interesting for singing in a thrash metal band. There was an open up local band Arsynic that everyone looked so young. I believe some of them were under 18 years old. I saw their parents were taking picture for them. Their parents were so adorable to me. My mother went to a rock fest with me in Beijing, China. She enjoyed it. I hope to bring my mother to a metal concert in America one day!
I tried to be cool, but I couldn't stop smile that made me looked so weird there.
So many famous rock stars had played in this bar.
