METAL LIVE: Cattle Decapitation Review

Line-up: Cattle Decapitation, Theories, Blood For Our Brothers, Grand Lord High Master, Zombie Eating Horse, Consuming Fire, Fractalline

Price: $15

Death metal and grindcore shows's tickets are always the cheapest. I felt a little sad that a local band Consuming Fire told their band shirt was only for $5 each. I respect their passion for extreme metal. Not many people have that brave, extra time and money to start a band that might never make money.

I felt upset that Cattle Decapitation's show was canceled because of one guy stabbed another guy's neck by a knife during the mosh pit. (Here are the news: http://www.metalinjection.net/metal-crimes/mosh-pit-stabbing-at-cattle-decapitation-show-results-in-two-fans-hospitalized / http://www.metalsucks.net/2015/01/08/two-fans-hospitalized-following-mosh-pit-stabbing-cattle-decapitation-concert/) They only played about 3 songs which were so insane. Travis Ryan's voice was great and he was so demoniac when he sang. I love Cattle Decapitation, their music is pretty violent, fast and technological. I knew about them since 2002. However, I'm going to see them on 2015 Summer Slaughter!

There was a 6 years old girl watched the show. If I have a kid, I will bring her or he to power metal show, grindcore show maybe too much for a kid in my opinion.

 Who Am I ?

I'm Sophie. There is a nerdy metalhead inside of me although I don't look like it. I don't like to drink, smoke or put makeup on to try to impress people. I love loud music and I have a huge passion for METAL.

When I was 18, I was interested in making websites. Therefore, I made a personal metal website called DyingLight that existed for 4 years. I putted many things related with METAL on the site. Right now, I changed DyingLight as a personal metal blog to record my favorite metal bands, metal lives and metal festivals I went, my metal collections and my old DyingLight stuff.
