METAL LIVE: Fallujah, Archspire, Lorna Shore and The Zenith Passage Review
Location: Whisky A Go Go
The line up bands of Fallujah's live were great.
The Zenith Passage is a technical death metal band from Los Angeles. The band reminds me of Morbid Angels and Sufforcation. And I really like the the vocal. Their EP Cosmic Dissonance sounds pretty great. Please keep the pure technique death metal style!
Lorna Shore is a typical American deathcore band from New Jersey. Nothing special to me.
Archspire is a technical death metal band from Canada. Their music is pretty violent and fast. The vocalist Oli Peters was good at led the audiance. Their live was very active.
Fallujah is a technical death metal and deathcore band from San Francisco. This is a interesting band. I guess they try to play differently beside technical death metal, so they are still experimenting different style. They played progressive metal style before. I like the dark enviroment music background from each of their song. It reminds me one of my favorite band Septic Flesh a little bit. Sometimes, I felt a little boring with the dark enviroment sounds they created. However their music has great thick layers and I love the beautiful guitar solos in their music.
