METAL LIVE: Knotfest 2015

Map:

Line-up: Judas Priest, Korn, Mastodon, Gwar, Belphegor, Kataklysm, At The Gates, Inquisition (Bands I have seen)

Here is the full line-up:

Ticket: ORCH 1 with a sit $92.95 (plus tax & fee)

My favroite band performances are Kataklysm, Gwar, Inquisition and Korn.

I love the voice of Inquisition. It's so unique. I don't really listen to many black metal. I thought it's almost all the same to me after I listen for awhile. Inquisition's music feels comfortable to me. Kataklysm's live was insane. Death metal performances are always the best in my opinions. Going to see At The Gates was like an assignment to me, because they started Swidish melodic death metal and they influenced so many other Swidish melodic death metal bands like Arch Enemy, Dark Tranquility, Inflames, etc. Belphegor sounds great as well. They sound really dark. I just listened to couple of their songs then ran to Gwar. Mastodon played so well, I'm not a fan of them but I enjoyed their performance. It's my second time to saw Korn. They brought me back to my teenage memory again. I respect Judas Priest. Old school metal inspired so many newer metal bands. The vocal Rob Halford has an amazing voice. He is 64 years old already and he still hited all the high notes when he sang!

 Who Am I ?

I'm Sophie. There is a nerdy metalhead inside of me although I don't look like it. I don't like to drink, smoke or put makeup on to try to impress people. I love loud music and I have a huge passion for METAL.

When I was 18, I was interested in making websites. Therefore, I made a personal metal website called DyingLight that existed for 4 years. I putted many things related with METAL on the site. Right now, I changed DyingLight as a personal metal blog to record my favorite metal bands, metal lives and metal festivals I went, my metal collections and my old DyingLight stuff.
